1. This is a free pilot
Torralba is currently offered as a free validation pilot, ending 31 December 2026. There is no fee, no subscription and no payment obligation. We may change, pause or withdraw the service at any time, and we may end the pilot on notice by email.
2. Provided as-is
The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Content is drawn from automated feeds and periodic manual review. We aim for accuracy and we mark items "Confirmed" only after an analyst has checked them against the primary source — but we do not warrant that any item is complete, current, or free of error, and items without a Confirmed badge have not been verified.
3. Not investment advice
Nothing in Torralba is financial product advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice or a recommendation to enter into any transaction. We do not consider your objectives, financial situation or needs. Always obtain your own professional advice and verify against the primary source before acting. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or interest.
4. Your account
Keep your login credentials confidential and use accurate details when signing up. Accounts are for one named person; don't share them. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
5. Acceptable use
You may read, quote and cite Torralba content internally, including in reports to your board or executives, with attribution. You may not republish the feed wholesale, resell it, or scrape it programmatically.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and given the service is supplied free of charge, Torralba is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
